Meet

Arin Norijanian, Esq.

Co-founder of Arin | James LLP.

After passing the bar in 2008, Arin worked for defense law firms with an emphasis on labor and employment matters.  He successfully represented private employers and public entities in lawsuits involving sexual and racial harassment, disability discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour class actions and wrongful termination in both California and federal courts and in private arbitration. His experience also includes conducting internal investigations, negotiating with labor bargaining units, and conducting training sessions for human resources personnel and supervisors. Additionally, he provided advice and counsel to employers on various employment-related issues, including workplace investigations, disciplinary matters, leaves of absence, severance agreements, and review of policies. For over 10 years, employers reaped the benefits of his significant knowledge of employment law in California, and his experience in defending these types of cases.

In 2019, Arin decided that it was time that employees benefit from his employment law experience.  For far too long, employers have gotten away with mistreating and shortchanging their employees and deepening their pockets in the process.  With over 10 years experience on the defense side, Arin has inside knowledge of how employers and their insurance carriers use the legal system to the detriment of their employees.  Arin has turned the tables on the employers and is helping employees get their fair share.
